The tutorials that are provided in TMCOps are intended to provide additional information on tool-related topics such as describing jobs in terms of functions and tasks, understanding KSAs, understanding and writing position descriptions, understanding and using the Factor Evaluation System, developing training programs, and evaluating skill levels. Ten tutorials are available.
To read a tutorial, go to the Tutorials page and click the link for the tutorial you want to read. Some tutorials appear on a single page, while longer tutorials are broken up into multiple pages with page navigation controls at the bottom of each page. Use the Previous and Next buttons to navigate through multi-page tutorials, and click the Return to Main Tutorials Page button to select a different tutorial.
